A space to think about what is happening.
Individual and group psychotherapy for artists, performers and people working across creative fields.
Group Psychotherapy
Group therapy brings a small group of people together regularly with experienced therapists. It offers a chance not only to talk about our relationships, but to become curious about what happens between us in the room.
Together, we can notice how we find our way towards other people - how we speak and stay quiet, take up space or hold back, seek connection, encounter difference, feel exposed, misunderstand one another and find a sense of belonging.
For artists and performers, the group also offers space to explore some of the particular experiences of creative life - being seen, comparison, collaboration, vulnerability, rejection and uncertainty - alongside everything else that makes us who we are. You don't need any previous experience of therapy to join.
Individual Psychotherapy
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You might be struggling with something particular, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, moving through a period of change, or simply wanting a space to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply.
Our approach is relational, integrative and collaborative. Therapy offers a regular space to think, feel, question and speak more freely about what is happening in your life - with someone alongside you.
For artists and people working creatively, work can be deeply personal. Questions of identity, visibility, rejection, uncertainty, ambition, relationships and belonging can become entangled with creative life. You don't need to separate these things here, or arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about.
Practical
Information
-
Our therapists have backgrounds in the creative and performing arts alongside their clinical training, and work within a relational and integrative approach to psychotherapy.
This means we pay attention not only to what you are experiencing, but also to how experience takes shape between people - including within the therapeutic relationship itself.
We understand that for many people in creative fields, personal and professional identities are often closely intertwined. Therapy offers a place where these connections can be explored with care, clarity, and time.
-
You do not need to be in crisis to begin therapy, and you do not need to bring only ‘art-related’ concerns. You are welcome to bring whatever feels present or important. We often hear from people who experience some of these challenges:
navigating creative or relational pressure
experiencing anxiety, burnout, or uncertainty
exploring identity, change, or belonging
feeling stuck in patterns that repeat in work or relationships
working with visibility, collaboration, or authorship
wanting a more reflective space than you currently have access to
-
Our therapists work both online and in person from practice spaces across the UK. Sessions are usually held weekly and on an open-ended basis, allowing a consistent therapeutic relationship to develop over time.
We understand that creative work can involve irregular schedules, rehearsals, touring, and periods of instability, so therapists will work with you directly to find a structure that feels manageable and sustainable.
Fees are offered on a sliding scale. Individual sessions generally range between £50–80, with group therapy sessions typically between £20–40. If cost feels like a barrier, we encourage you to get in touch to discuss your circumstances.

Get In Touch.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, we’ll be happy to hear from you.
There’s no obligation - just an opportunity to connect, get a sense of how we might work together, and think about what might be helpful.
If you’re unsure about what you need right now, that’s okay too. We can begin with a conversation and take it from there.
